Marking the 60th anniversary since the company's establishment, we stay committed to living up to customer trust and growing beyond the distribution of automotive parts.
Our company was established in 1963 as the NHK Spring Group's logistics subsidiary tasked with transporting products of the group companies. Now, our scope of business is not confined to the transport of products; it has expanded to new areas such as warehouse management and logistics systems, helping us grow into a logistics company capable of dealing with products of all Japanese automakers. We are doing business not only in Japan but expanding into China and Thailand as well. We will continue to value customer trust and aim to be the leader in the distribution of automotive parts.

Nearly 60 years have passed since our company was established in 1963. As the NHK Spring Group's logistics division, we have built close partnerships with automakers and numerous suppliers. I greatly appreciate the support and cooperation of our customers and suppliers, which have made these partnerships possible. Leveraging the knowledge we have amassed as a logistics company for manufacturers, we strive to hone our logistics techniques in order to help optimize supply chains, from storage of the customers' valuable products to their delivery.

A logistics company that grows with a “major focus on the distribution of automotive parts”
Our strength lies in our ability to propose flexible and optimal logistics solutions to any automaker, something that can be achieved only by a logistics subsidiary of NHK Spring Co., Ltd., an independent automotive parts manufacturer.
In addition to the procurement systems of all automakers, we have our own inventory management system in place, which enables us to implement IT-based integrated management of a range of processes from ordering from and to customers, inventory management, transport and sales management, leading to phenomenal increases in revenues of customers. We can also optimize the entire supply chain across corporate boundaries.

Strengths of our inventory management system

- Delivery instructions specific to individual automakers can be met.
- We have our unique integrated inventory management system connected online to automakers' procurement systems, which allows us to manage inventory of customers' products.

- The inventory status can be monitored in real time.
- We provide data on the required warehousing quantity, current inventory level and future inventory level based on received order information. This enables the real-time monitoring of the inventory status.

- Joint storage and transport reduces costs.
- Using our nationwide network, products are transported efficiently to the nearest base. Small-lot transport of frequently delivered products is supported, and joint transport achieves excellent cost performance.

- Personnel for warehouse management and freight handling can be downsized.
- Since distribution warehouses are used, we take care of storing and managing products, making it possible to downsize the personnel in charge of product storage and management.
Traceability management
Warehouse operations and truck loading statuses are visualized. Freight collection, transportation relay and delivery are traced for management, and our unique system links this information with the information on shipments to customers. This contributes to reducing the standby time and streamlining freight receiving operations.

Benefits of the AEO system
Customs clearance procedures can be performed in a warehouse outside a bonded area.
The use of a carrier approved for specified bonded transport is assumed.

A duty payment declaration can be made after reception of freight.

Customs declarations for freight anywhere in the country can be made at a single government office.

Inspection & repacking
About the services
- Product inspection
- Products are inspected before shipment to separate conforming products from non-conforming ones so that the shipped products pass the product inspection. This helps maintain and improve the level of quality.

- Product repacking
- We offer a repacking service that contributes to enhancing the customer's credibility and corporate value. The packing mode can also be changed to one desirable for shipment.

- Temporary storage
- We keep the customer's assets in the form of products or some other type of item and manage them properly, bringing down the quality control cost.
